Having a pool built can be a very intimidating process, and nothing is ever as simple as it may seem. If you are going to invest that kind of money, you want it done right and done ethically, with someone you can trust. We could not have been happier that we went with Brian and Professional Pools. The fact that he has been doing this for years was obviously important, but we really have been impressed with Brian every step along the way. It was through word of mouth and actually visiting a recent customer who graciously let us come look at their pool by Brian, that cemented us, along with the fact that he is a sincerely good man who takes great pride in his work and clearly endeavors to make sure you get what you want, and don't waste money on things you don't need. During the whole process, he made sure we did not waste money, but made choices that saved us money. He went out of his way to make sure he did it right, and still gave us what we wanted. He also does not just sell you a pool, and then disappear. We know he is always just a text or phone call away, for even the simplest of things. Brian doesn't just bring a world of experience and knowledge, but walks the customer walk time and time again. He has gone above and beyond in so many ways, that simple. I could honestly tell you it felt like my best friend was putting in our pool, and looking out for us, and continues to do so today. He put our in-ground pool in this past Summer 2023.
